Shipping & delivery

Delivery fees by order total
Under R650
Smaller orders carry the full courier cost. Add a little more to your basket and the fee drops.
R650 – R1,499
Home delivery or a nearby collection point. Estimated delivery time shown at checkout before you pay.
R1,500 and over
Spend R1,500 or more in one order and delivery is on us, home or collection.
How delivery pricing works
Your delivery fee is worked out from your order total at checkout, so you always see the final cost before you pay. Orders under R650 are R250 for home delivery or R90 to collect from a collection point — everything from R650 up follows the pricing above. Heavy or bulky items carry a flat R250 delivery fee and are delivered to your address, whatever the order total. Some orders also qualify for SmallStreet Cashback toward your next purchase; if you're eligible, you'll see it appear automatically in your cart.

Collection points
Choose a collection point at checkout and we'll hold your order there once it arrives — handy if you're not going to be home, or just want to pay less than home delivery. You'll get a notification the moment it's ready to collect.
