Measure your parcel
Weight and size decide how an item can be delivered. Measure each item packed and ready to ship: weight in kg, and length × width × height in cm. You'll enter these for your largest typical item below, and per product once you're approved.
Fits a locker or PEP/Paxi bag
Small, light parcels can be offered for collection at a PUDO locker or PEP/Paxi point as well as delivery to an address.
Too big for lockers
Anything over the biggest locker or bag size ships door-to-door only. Collection is not offered for it.
Heavy items
If it takes two people to carry, mark it as heavy. It always ships door-to-door, and shoppers can add help with unloading.
Renting space from us?
Shelves are estimated at R300 per shelf per month. A shelf is roughly 100×40×40cm and holds up to 25kg. The final rate and shelf size are confirmed when your application is approved.
